Everything you need to know about our technical production services for events.

01 How much does it cost to rent sound equipment for an event in Lleida?

The price depends on the size and type of event. Our sound packs for small events (up to 100 people) start from €350. For medium-sized events (100–500 people) with a Line Array system, the usual range is €800 to €1,500. Large festivals and concerts are quoted on a personalised basis. 02 What areas do you cover?

Our base is in Lleida. We work throughout Catalonia —Barcelona, Girona, Tarragona and Lleida— and across Spain for large productions. Travel to areas outside our usual coverage may carry an additional transport cost.

03 What's included in a full technical production service?

The complete package includes: sound system (Line Array or compact PA depending on capacity), digital mixing desk, wireless microphones, professional lighting (Beam/Spot/Wash moving heads, ambient lighting), LED screen, special effects (confetti, streamers, smoke machine, CO2), full setup and breakdown, and a dedicated technician throughout the event.

04 How far in advance should I book?

For small and medium events, we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. For weddings and large events during peak season (May–October), ideally book 3–6 months ahead. During high-demand periods, our calendar fills up quickly.

05 Does the service include setup and breakdown?

Yes. Our technical team handles transport, full setup, sound and lighting checks before the event, and breakdown and collection of all equipment once it's over. You don't need to worry about a thing.

06 Do you work at outdoor events?

Yes, we specialise in outdoor events. We have long-range Line Array sound systems, our own generators, certified support structures, and equipment protection for adverse weather conditions.

07 What maximum capacity can your sound systems cover?

Our systems range from private events of 50 people up to festivals and concerts with over 5,000 attendees. All our packs are scalable: we adapt the system to the exact capacity and type of venue (indoor, outdoor, marquee, stadium).

08 Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes. Kreisel Events holds public liability insurance for all setups and events. It is an internal requirement for every production to ensure the safety of attendees, the venue, and the equipment.

09 Can I rent equipment without a technician?

Yes, we offer equipment-only rental if you have your own qualified technical staff. However, for larger events we always recommend hiring the service with a technician included to ensure the best result and safe setup.

10 Do you also offer artist booking?

Yes. In addition to technical services, we have an artist catalogue: professional DJs, cover bands, singers and live performances. You can book both the technical production and the artistic entertainment as a single package, with one point of coordination.
